Day 103 December 4

Last night was another eventful night of sleeping with a toddler.  She took over the whole bed, so I did not sleep very well.  My plan this morning was to go into work late so I could take care of Naomi until Christian and Leigha got home.  Around 7:45, I got a text that said they would not come home until tomorrow, so I quickly made a plan to take her over to Hannah's house so I could get to work.  She really didn't want to go over, but eventually she was ok with going.  I took her over driving on the iceiest roads I had ever driven on.  After I dropped her off, I went straight to work.  When I got to work, I started by taking some gifts over to Bentley and VSR with Doug.  After we had dropped off the gifts, we came back to the office, and I loaded up the gifts for The Ridge and took them over there.  When I got there, I helped the leasing agent clean out a closet to put the gifts in.  There were lots of things in there that we took back to give out to people, and some stuff to take to Goodwill.  There were also some books for our libraries.  When I was loaded back up, I went back to the office and ate lunch.  After lunch, I unloaded all the household goods and took some water bottles and bags over to the pantry.  While I was there, I grabbed the adult diapers that were donated.  On the way back to the office from the pantry, I stopped at Woodbine and unloaded all the books.  When I got back to the office, I headed back out and took a load of stuff to Goodwill.  When I got back from Goodwill, Doug and I had to go get gas since the van was almost out.  Then we went over to our Wasatch property to get some Christmas decorations.  We had to go into our lovely storage cellar.  It was completely snowed in, so we had to dig it out before we could open the doors.  When we got in, there was about an inch of water covering the floor; luckily, our decorations were at a high spot.  For some reason, we had 2 six six-foot nutcrackers for decoration, so those were pretty crazy.  Otherwise, it was just basic decorations that we loaded up and took back to the office for decorating tomorrow.  When we got back to the office, we got everything unloaded, and then I headed home for the day.  When I got home, I found out that Christian and Leigha had been discharged today after all.  I got to hold the new baby.  The baby's name is Josiah.  Naomi got home soon after me, so it was fun watching her meet the new baby.  Mike and Hannah ordered us pizza for supper this evening.  After supper, Christian and I worked on doing a kitchen reset since it had become messy while they were gone.  When we were done with that, I relaxed for a while before going to bed.
